Logging in

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

Use the blue login button in the top right-hand corner to report that you have forgotten your password.

I cannot log in, why?

In certain cases the log in process may fail. Have you already checked the following?

Does your password have capital letters? Please check whether you have entered it correctly. The password is case-sensitive, the username is not.
Is your IP address set to visible? If your IP address is not visible, you cannot log in to our webshop.
